The Muncie Delaware Chamber of Commerce offers a variety of ways to market your business as a member. As the economy becomes more and more competitive, it is important to explore and take advantage of all marketing opportunities. Put Your Business Ahead of the Rest

www.muncie.com - The best way to get your business noticed in Delaware County is marketing on muncie.com.  You can advertise on this website from a wide variety of options.  

E-Marketing - An effective way to target regional customers. Your Chamber will send your message via email, complete with graphics and logo, to over 1,400 business contacts with the option to also spread your message from your Chamber's social media accounts. Your cost: $125-150.

Membership Lists and Marketing - Another great way to target regional customers. Your Chamber maintains data on over 800 businesses. Your cost: $100 for labels, $200 for Excel spreadsheet.

Direct Mail - Targeting regional customers, your Chamber mails flyers to over 800 businesses. Add your mesage to our outgoing mail. Your cost: $175.

Chamber After-Hours - A member-sponsored after work reception, an After-Hours is a great way to draw people into your business. We will invite the membership via website, eNews, direct mail and newspaper, photograph the event, publish photots in the Star Press, on our website, and in eNews, and help you plan the event. Your cost: $300.

Mailing Labels - Your company may be interested in sending out its own direct mailing. You can purchase over 800 preprinted mailing labels that are in order by zip code from your Chamber. Your cost: $100.

Advertising - Only Chamber members are eligible to advertise in the annual Membership Directory and biannual Chamber Magazine, and on our website. Advertising rates are very reasonable in comparison to other publications and companies. Prices vary.

Sponsorships - At the Chamber, we make every effort to provide our sponsors with as much exposure as possible. Ranging from $50 - $5,000, Chamber sponsorships are a great way to get your name and company in front of other people.

FREE Marketing Opportunities

Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies, Open Houses, Grand Openings - Contact your Chamber to schedule a ribbon-cutting ceremony as a new member or for a grand opening, remodel, or open house. We will notify the membership via eNews, bring a big ribbon and scissors, and put a photo in the Star Press. .

Business Referrals - Your Chamber receives hundreds of inquires per year by phone as well as thousands of hits on our website from individuals looking for products and services in Delaware County. Our policy is to refer ONLY Chamber members.

Website Directory - As a Chamber member, your business will be listed on this website at no charge. A direct link is provided to your business website.

Nancy Norris
Human Resource Director and Executive Assistant
Born and raised in Muncie, Nancy Norris joined the Chamber of Commerce in 2006. Previously Vice President and Trust Office for Indiana Trust Co. and Vice President and Trust Officer at American National Bank, Norris earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Indiana Wesleyan University. Currently, Norris is the President of the Muncie Artist Guild, on the Board of the Altrusa Foundation, Vice President of Programs for the East Central Indiana Human Resource Association, and a member of Altrusa of Muncie.

Erin Ailstock
Membership Director
As the Membership Director for the Chamber, Erin is responsible for membership sales and retention. She also works to develop and implement programs and opportunities that provide value to Chamber members.

Brenda Brumfield
Director of Community & Government Relations
Prior to joining the Chamber team, Brenda was a legislative aide for the Indiana House of Representatives, and a speechwriter for the House Republican caucus. Brumfield joined the Chamber staff in 1992. She worked as the Director of Advocacy until 1998 when she left to pursue other opportunities with her growing family. She rejoined the Chamber team as Director of Community & Government Relations in May of 2007. Her responsibilities include serving as a liaison between the business community and elected officials at the local, state and national level. She also plans events to allow chamber members the opportunity to interact with elected officials. She earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana State University in Terre Haute.
